Dear New Member,
Welcome to Zena Recreation Park! Enclosed you will find your membership bond, valuable information about Park policies and a copy of the Zena Recreation Park recently amended bylaws. Please read the bylaws carefully as they are the basis upon which the Park functions.
If you have not already received an invoice for dues, expect it in the mail shortly. You will also receive regular newsletters throughout the year, alerting you about important Park activities, schedules, policy changes, work tax options and sign up dates for adult and junior programs.
When you receive your bill for annual dues, keep in mind that the $150.00 work tax amount is not due in the spring, but in September. This allows you time to "work off" any or all of this amount in service to the Park.
Reminder: We are trying to move toward a greener, more efficient communication system with our membership and if you haven't already done so, please give us your email address so that we may correspond with you in this manner. Click on members@zenarec.com to send me your email address.
If you have any further questions prior to the park opening (Memorial Day Weekend), please feel free to call or email. Once the park is open, the pool number - 845-679-9665 - is activated and you can reach park Director Cathy Johnan and her staff during Park hours. Until opening day, messages may be left at 845-679-8098.
