Hey everyone! It's time to throw one last 2019 summer party at Zena Rec and this time it is for Members Only*
It's our 2019 Closing BBQ and we will have:
grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers (& buns!)
salads and sides
non-alcoholic drinks (so BYOB if so inclined, but remember no glass beyond the pavilion...)
* = Members may bring up to 5 guests (non-members) to this event. Guests will need to pay for their admission to the park (i.e. $7.50 pp weekend guest fee) and Members will need to register both themselves and their guests by Thursday, Aug 22nd to make sure we have enough food and beverages for everyone the day of the BBQ.

We are asking for 7-8 volunteers to help set up, grill, and clean up for this event -- this is a great way to get a couple additional volunteer hours before the season closes out. Please reach out to social@zenarec.com if you are able to help!
We will have music from our new speakers (thanks to your generous donations!!!) and some games with prizes, too!
We'll get some backyard games going like cornhole (feel free to bring your boards/bean bags!)
Plus, we will close out the evening with a bonfire!
(Marshmallows, and s'more kits will be provided)
Cost = $0 per member, $0 additional for up to 5 guests (guest fees still apply)
Only thing we ask is that each group please bring a dessert to share!
This party is to THANK YOU! It's going to be so much fun and we hope you can make it! We look forward to spending time with all of you over the last few weeks of summer!
