Aqua Aerobics Class every Tuesday in July and August.

Join us, FREE of charge for Zena members, every Tuesday from 5:30-6:15.

Must be 18 or older. Our fantastic instructor is Renee Darmstadt. If you'd like to join us please call her at 845-594-4428(we need to know class size).

As long as it is SAFE we will have class -even in the rain or "not so nice" temperatures/weather. We will be listening to our fabulous lifeguards in regards to this.

To be prepared please bring sneakers and regular work-our clothes in case we need to modify our work-out.(possibly on pavilion)

If Renee needs to cancel, due to circumstances beyond her control, she will contact you as early as possible.
