
Important INFORMATION
I understand that there will not be refunds or make-up lessons for sessions paid for and not attended due to weather or missed sessions. Zena plans a make-up day on Friday (summer only) for a class missed that week, due to a cancelation by Zena. There will be no make-ups for June sessions.
I understand that classes are scheduled for the two-week session, no partial credit will be given for only attending the partial session.
Students can be registered for multiple sessions but should only advance in groups if WSI places them in the next level class. If a swimmer is unable to advance then their place may be forfeited in the next session. Zena will make a good-faith attempt, but no guarantee to have students placed in this occurrence.
I understand that if there is a waiting list for the class and my child is not in attendance for the first two days of lessons, they can be dropped from the class to provide space for another swimmer.
I understand that placing a student into a designated class is the responsibility of the parent to read and understand "Swimming Levels" (previous section) and placing a swimmer in a class that they are unprepared for may cause the swimmer to be removed from the class without a refund.
If you plan on missing the first two classes please email swim@zenarec.com. Zena will make a good-faith attempt, but no guarantee to have student's place held in this occurrence.
I understand payment is due in full by the start of the first lesson. If payment is not received, my child can be dropped from the class.
I permit Zena Rec to take photos, videos and sound clips of my swim lessons and to use them at its discretion.
